Local Historical Heritage Activities

In this context, it is intended that the activities lead children to explore the local historical heritage, knowing the history of their community and country, exploring places outside their school to increase their knowledge through practice.

THE LITTLE CHRISTIANS

OBJECTIVES:

To develop the Christian spirit;
To form an attitude of respect towards the place of prayer, the church
Educating Christian virtues and cultivating moral-religious behavior
To strengthen the connection of the kindergarten with the local community (religious)
To follow the instructions to achieve the proposed theme

THE LITTLE PATRIOTS

OBJECTIVES:

Familiarizing children with some notions of ethnography, folklore, art and culture;
Knowing the particularities of the popular port, local customs and traditions;
Teaching some skills of civilized behavior when visiting a historical monument
Identifying the materials and tools needed to make a flag
Making the Romanian flag respecting the instructions received

A TASTE OF THE GRAPE HARVEST

OBJECTIVES:

To observe and grasp the characterıstıcs of a natural element: the grape
To know the parts of the vıne, the characterıstıcs of the bunch
To know the stages of wıne-makıng
To express theır own sensatıons regardıng the taste of grapes and must
To express the experıence ın sectıon
To represent ın temporal sequence the phases of the grape harvest: pıckıng, crushıng, rackıng and bottlıng.
To use the fıve senses.

I AM MY OWN STORY

OBJECTIVES:

Developing the ability to observe the surrounding reality.
To know how to orient oneself in one's own country.
To feel comfortable in one's environment.
Strengthen one's own identity.
Acquire a sense of belonging and welcome.
Getting to know the essential distinguishing features of the cultural environment and traditions of the territory.
Experiencing places as 'objects' to be discovered, depositing historical and cultural values.
Feeling belonging to a specific popular culture through dramatisations, poems and ancient songs.
To know, love and respect one's own territory.

DISCOVERING BRAGA

OBJECTIVES:

To know and contribute to the appreciation and preservation of the local historical heritage;
To identify events related to local history, locating them in space and time;
To recognize and value the natural and cultural heritage, identifying natural elements and material traces of the past, customs, traditions, symbols and events in the landscape;
Get to know characters and aspects of life in society related to relevant facts in the history of the city of Braga;
To observe the different visual universes of the local heritage.

MONUMENT TREE

OBJECTIVES:

Understanding the part-whole relationship
Taking responsibility to enhance and protect the life
Being able to do some actions that requires hand-eye coordination
Having information about a-two and a half centuries plane tree

MY REGIONS MY PRODUCTS

OBJECTIVES:

Teaching the regions of the country they live in
Having information about the products grown in the country
Being able to do some actions that requires hand-eye coordination
Having information about the folklore of each region
Being able to express what they hear by dancing
