Our school is a green school , it encourages through learning to meet and respect the environment around us.Through outdoor activities children establish a strong relationshıp with the nature that surrounds them. This bond is important to empower and encourage them to protect their planet when all life long. Outdoor activıties allow children to experıence the limits and powers of their bodies, to do what they didn't think they could do, to gradually gain confidence ın their own abilities and means.
Activity Description (Procedure)
Activities were held at Taburno-Camposauro park.The children took guided walks in the woods in search of the wonders of the undergrowth.They tested their emotional and limits by trying their hand at the "adventure park." They experimented with free games, races and trails on wooden toys surrounded by nature to experience courage and overcome their fears. They have experıenced horseback riding and outdoor picnics.
