Activity Description (Procedure)

Activity 1.
An excursion to the Vezirsuyu forests is organized with the students. A forest walk is made together and information is given about nature and some trees and plants. Afterwards, students are asked to collect cones, leaves, branches and stones from the forest. Students collect the desired materials in groups or individually and collect them in one place. As the first activity, the students are asked to complete three pattern works listed by the teacher. The patterns are done in the following order:
First pattern:
1. cone+leaf+leaf
Second pattern:
2. stone+stone+branch
Third pattern:
3.leaf+branch+cone
Each student completes the pattern and the activity ends.
Activity 2.
5 colored bricks are placed on the playing field spaced apart. Then 3 circles are placed side by side. The basket with number cards is left next to the circles. Each child jumps on the bricks and chooses two number cards from the number basket. They put the numbers they have drawn on the top of the circles. They place the materials they have collected from the forest into the circles as much as the number indicated on the circle. The activity ends after each child completes an action.
